Don't get too high on your horse. I've had people do EXACTLY the same thing to me on the highway when they saw my anti-Bush stickers. I think the only lesson here is that there are assholes -- sometimes violent ones -- on either end of the political spectrum. The asshole aggressively tailgating me (with my then-2-year-old daughter in the backseat) scared the hell out of me.

My point being dont let one angry driver make you refer to the left as angry left, we're not angry we just disagree with you. (BTW your final sentence sounds kind of ignorantly angry, pretty stupidly ironic)
