Bush did not capture Bin Laden.

After 9/11 that should have been the #1 priority of the President of the USA.

It's only natural that he will loose his job over this failure..

Back then, right about the time that Bush made his comment about not really being all that concerned about bin Laden, I was arguing that it'd be good if bin Laden went a good long time without being captured.

Just imagine if he had! There'd be people out there saying, "Okay, you've got him...this 'war on terror' thing can end now!" That would not be good.

Capturing or killing bin Laden isn't that important. He's been rendered impotent, that's what's important. People who think that capturing him is important are people who think of the 9/11 issue as being a police matter (John Kerry is among them). It isn't, and should never be confused with one, else it'll happen again.
